Easy Penguin Craft With Paper

Here’s the deal: I love an easy craft. One that keeps children busy and doesn’t need me running to the craft store for strange items. That’s when this penguin paper craft comes in handy! Even more so if you have penguin lovers that can’t get enough cute penguin craft ideas. You’ll only need some construction paper, our free paper templates, and other simple supplies to put it together.

The best part: it’s only three steps!

This fun craft is great for kids of all ages but especially for young children who need help with their hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. Older kids will have a great time doing this fun project and adding their own details. In general, this simple project is recommended for preschool kids and older. Steps To Make Paper Penguin Craft

First step to make Paper penguin craft - cut out the penguin's pieces using the free template. - Kids Activities Blog
Let’s start by cutting each part from the template!

Step 1

Print and cut our template to cut out the penguin’s feet and orange beak on orange paper, the body and the wings on black paper, and the belly using the paper from the template or white construction paper.

Step 2

Glue everything together and position the wings around in any way you want. This one is waving! To give the beak a 3D shape, you have to fold the beacon in half before you glue it on. Don’t forget to add the penguin’s eyes with googly eyes.

Step 3

Glue the entire penguin on your favorite colored paper – we used blue because we feel like it’s perfect for winter crafts.
