This printable set includes two 12 days of Christmas coloring pages. One features: a partridge in a pear tree, 2 turtle doves, 3 French hens, 4 calling birds, 5 golden rings, and six geese a-laying. The second features: 7 swans a-swimming, 8 maids a-milking, 9 ladies dancing, 10 lords a-leaping, 11 pipers piping, and 12 drummers drumming.
These coloring pages are a good way to celebrate the Nativity of Jesus, or simply as a fun counting practice as they learn the lyrics to the song. “The Twelve Days of Christmas” is a Christmas carol that recounts a series of gifts given on each of the twelve days of Christmas. I suggest using other materials besides crayons or coloring pencils. For example, the ballerina can have a sparkly dress made from glitter, the lake the swan is swimming in can be colored with watercolors.
