First Day Of School Books to Ease Kids Worries

Back to school time is here and while it is a very exciting time for both parents and kids, it can also be stressful and full of back to school jitters. New kids, new teachers, new classes, hard homework…but you can ease those back to school jitters with these awesome children’s books that have a bravery vs. worry theme.

One of the many helpful ways to help your child learn some healthy coping skills in the midst of their jitters or anxiety is by reading them a children’s book that’s related to their problem. They may not need another lecture about how there’s nothing to worry about, but a children’s book will share the same message and help ease their jitters as they relate to the characters in the story.
